Hi, I’m Nicole. The one behind the cart, the cannoli, and the controlled chaos.
I’ve been a horse girl my entire life. The Western lifestyle isn’t an aesthetic I picked up recently, our horse Aspen is actually our logo. It’s just who I am, and The Grazing Pony is an extension of that.
Before the carts, I had a career in marketing in the equestrian industry. Work I genuinely loved, until the travel stopped making sense after our second son was born. So I did what any completely reasonable person would do: I took a little time at home, realized very quickly that stay-at-home mom life was not exactly my calling (I love my boys more than anything, but I missed marketing a little bit too much), and The Grazing Pony was born.
The Grazing Pony launched in February 2025, and it has been a wild, cheese-filled, cannoli-stacked ride ever since. I handle the marketing, the bookings, the client relationships, and the creative side of every event. My husband Nate handles, well, everything I need him to. He did not exactly know he was signing up for a second job when this started, but here we are and he is on payroll now. Sort of.
We are based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and we serve weddings and private events across West and Central Florida. When we are not prepping for an event, I am coaching high school girls lacrosse, wrangling two boys, keeping Aspen happy, and trying to remember where I put my keys.

Yes we are and we are happy to provide a COI to your venue or team if needed.
To officially reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit based on the estimated guest count you provide. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days before your event.
Yes! Around here, we believe grazing should be just that, grazing! No counting bites or limiting portions. Every one of our services is bottomless, so you and your guests can enjoy as much as you’d like.
Yes, we have a $700 minimum for all services. Each service has a per person rate and the only other fees added are sales tax & a credit card processing fee for events within 60 miles of St. Petersburg, FL.
We specialize in West and Central Florida Events, but are willing to travel beyond.
0-60 miles: Included.
61-100 miles: $150.
101-150 miles $250.
151-200 miles: $350.
200+ miles: custom quote needed.
Our standard service times are either 2 hours or 1 hour depending on what service you choose. If you would need longer than two hours we offer a flat fee option to extend.
