In June of 2024, our founder made the bold decision to leave a successful marketing career to be more present at home—yet still wanted to channel her passion, creativity, and event planning expertise into something meaningful.
This business is the perfect blend of both worlds, allowing her to be a stay-at-home mom while continuing to create memorable experiences for others, just as Aspen has brought joy and connection to her own family.

A mobile charcuterie bar is a gourmet grazing experience delivered to your event. It features a variety of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and accompaniments. Perfect for any occasion, it adds a unique touch to your gathering.
Yes. To secure your date and time, we require a 20% deposit. This deposit is due after our discovery call and ensures we can fully dedicate our resources to making your event special.
Our standard package includes 2 hours of active service. If you’d like us to extend service beyond that window, just let us know—we’re happy to arrange a longer timeframe for an additional charge.
Bottomless: For 2 hours, The Grazing Pony will continuously serve bottomless charcuterie boards to your guests. This is a great fit if you want everyone to indulge in a true grazing experience.
Pop-up: Ideal for businesses or hosts who prefer a more flexible setup. Your guests/clients purchase their own charcuterie boards while our cart remains onsite. This option is not bottomless and involves a cart fee based on how long the cart is present.
